Ghostly Encounters Tour

Child policy: - Participants must be at least 15 years old. ID may be required. - Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Good to know: - The tour involves walking on uneven ground, slopes and steps, so good mobility and physical fitness are required. - Participants must wear enclosed, flat shoes. Sandals, flip-flops and high heels are unsuitable. - Tours operate in most weather conditions but may be affected by extreme weather. - Some areas have minimal lighting. Lanterns are provided during the tour. - Secure luggage and bag storage is unavailable. - Participants must arrive at the Visitor Centre in Q Station's Wharf Precinct at least 10 minutes before the tour begins. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. - The tour covers sensitive historical subjects, including death, mistreatment and quarantine experiences. - Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during the tour. - Audio and video recording are prohibited, but still photography is permitted. - Check the official website for the daily opening hours and tour schedule prior to your visit.
